Marco Di Felice makes his debut as Macbeth at the Oper Leipzig

Acclaimed interpreter of Verdi, his repertoire also includes Mozart, Rossini, Giordano and Puccini. He regularly collaborates with such conductor as Bruno Bartoletti, Richard Bonynge, Bruno Campanella, Gianluigi Gelmetti, Gustav Khun, Zubin Mehta, Gianandrea Noseda, Daniel Oren, Renato Palumbo and Alberto Zedda. He was awarded the Ettore Bastianini Prize.

He has recently performed in Cavalleria Rusticana (Alfio) and Ernani (Don Carlo) at the Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, Un Ballo in Maschera at the Sferisterio Opera Festival in Macerata and Maria di Rohan (Enrico, duke of Chevreuse) at the Teatro Donizetti in Bergamo.


Future plans: Otello (Jago) in Frankfurt; Un Ballo in Maschera (Renato) at the Teatro Regio in Turin; Aida (Amonasro) and La Gioconda (Barnaba) in Marseille.
